Join us for a casual chat with Jo Hook, a Creative Business Mentor, Life Designer, and Holistic Coach. She has worked with designers, architects, therapists, journalists, and communicators of many kinds. Some of whom are found in progressive studios like The Jacky Winter Group, Assemble, Foolscap Studio and The Design Files (to name a few). Jo gives intuitive insights into the conundrums that make us all human, and practical strategies for understanding ourselves better.
We'll kick the evening off with a few questions and then open up the discussion, inviting the audience to ask Jo questions about her career/life journey. No question is "dumb" at Basic, we encourage the most simple of questions to the most complex. If you'd prefer not to speak on the night, you can submit a question beforehand and we'll ask it for you.
There will be an honesty bar (cash only) selling beers from Sample, wines from Blackhearts & Sparrows and water by Antipodes. 50% of bar profits will be donated to Free to Feed.
